Ingredients

1 cup baby carrots
2–3 stalks celery, cut into sticks
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½–1 cup beef jerky (or turkey jerky for a lighter option)
Optional: small cubes of cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese
Instructions
Prep the vegetables
Wash and dry the carrots, celery, and tomatoes. Cut celery into snack-size sticks for easy grabbing.
Portion the protein
Break or cut the jerky into bite-sized pieces so it’s easy to mix and eat on the go.
Assemble the pack
In a resealable bag or container, layer:

Celery sticks alongside
Cherry tomatoes grouped together
