Cranberry Chicken Romaine Salad

Ingredients (2 servings)
4–5 cups chopped romaine lettuce from a "Caesar Salad kit"
1½–2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or sliced...
Leftover chicken works great (roasted, baked, or fried).
⅓ cup dried cranberries
1–2 tbsp flax seeds (opt)
1-2 tbsp sunflower seeds (opt)
1-2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (opt)
¼ cup shaved or grated Parmesan from the kit
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Creamy Dressing
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dressing from the kit
(Save leftover dressing for later.)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Seasoning
Celery seeds
Onion powder
Garlic powder

Note: Different seeds and seasonings alter the taste. Switch them occasionally for variety!
Instructions
Prep the base:
Add chopped romaine to a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing. (Just enough to slightly coat the lettuce. ) Gently mix the lettuce and dressing.
Add the texture:
Sprinkle in your seasonings, dried cranberries, seeds, and cheese.
Scatter the chicken evenly over the top.
Toss & serve: Toss gently until everything is lightly coated.
