Peanut Butter Pancakes

From the days of running my daycare...

Blueberry pancakes covered with peanut butter, served with fresh orange slices

The kids just loved the combination, and it was easy to prepare.

(The pancakes can be precooked and frozen.)

Heated in the toaster oven when needed.

AND, the kids never missed the syrup.

As an alternative, use toasted raisin bread instead of blueberry pancakes.
