Check out this easy recipe for some tasty baked beans without pork.
Ingredients:

3 slices Turkey Bacon
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
3 drops Liquid Smoke (opt/ to taste)
2 tblsp Bar-B-Que Sauce (opt/ to taste)
a few shakes of celery seed
8 oz. Vegetarian Black Beans
8 oz. Vegetarian Dark Red Beans
16 oz. Can Vegetarian Baked Beans
1 stovetop pot w/ lid
Directions:
Chop or slice green pepper and onion.
Using the stovetop pot, fry the turkey bacon in the bottom of the pan
After bacon is done, remove it and sauté peppers and onions.
Cut bacon into large pieces; add it back into pan when peppers and onions are done.
Wash and drain red and black beans; pour them into the pot.
Fold baked beans into the pot of ingredients.
Cover and cook on medium heat until bubbling.
Add liquid smoke, bar-b-que sauce, and celery seed.
Fold ingredients from top to bottom, lower heat, and simmer an additional 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom ingredients.
This can be served as a main dish (like chilli) or a side dish.
Variations:
add 4 oz of sweet corn (drain corn first and add it during step 5)
