Better than Cheesecake (.....almost)

In a dessert cup (or small cereal bowl) layer the following:

2-3 tbsp. Graham cracker crumbs 1 cup COLD applesauce 1 tsp Chopped walnuts (opt) 1 tsp Currants, Craisins, or Raisins (opt) and a Pinch of Cinnamon


I am not sure why this always satisfies my craving for Cheesecake. It may be the combination of tastes or the food values that they bring. I don’t know why; but, it works!
