Nut Butter and Fruit


I eat it often as a quick snack.

Peanut butter and sliced fruit sandwiches.


Ingredients:

Peanut butter, cashew butter, or other nut butter

Sliced strawberries, blueberries, and/or bananas

Firm multigrain bread


Directions

Spread a thin coat of peanut butter on both slices of bread.

Cover one side with fruit; use the other slice to cover.

ENJOY!

Variations: Open-face sandwiches lower carb counts.
