Busy Girls' Tomato Juice Smoothie

1 glass of Tomato Juice (8-16oz)

add: 2 teaspoons of Wheat Grass Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cayenne Pepper (medicinal grade is best but lesser quality is okay) 2-3 ice cubes

Stir or shake well.


Works well in anything from a glass, cup, or water bottle on the run.

Still BOLD, SPICY, Delicious.... but now it's QUICK too!


I have probably lost some nutrients in my quicker recipe; but, this is better than NOTHING when it takes too long to mix from scratch...
